Our company is qualified to be a laboratory for iTERO and STRAUMANN. We receive the iTero models and Straumann frameworks for finishing and esthetic contouring.

Then, we utilize traditional glass ceramics, e.max pressable ceramics, or stain/glaze techniques to optimize the completed prosthetics.

Digital Impression

Our company uses the iTero Digital Impression System. This system allows precisely completed preparations for single-unit cases.

It also makes more comprehensive restorative and cosmetic full-arch treatment plans possible.

Digital Restorative Design

We can create digital restorative designs using Straumann CAD and iTero Lab Software. These designs allow dental technicians to digitally mark the model margins, ditch the die, and design a coping, framework, or full contour restoration.

Seamless and simple one-click integration is also designed to ensure accurate data transfer.

Precision Milling

iTero models are precisely milled from polyurethane. The occlusal relation is scanned intra-orally and efficiently transferred to the iTero articulator, Whip Mix Denar articulator, Ivoclar Stratos articulator, or Panadent PSH/ PCH articulators.

The cutting-edge technology at the Straumann CADCAM centralized production center turns the CAD designs into frameworks and full contour restorations for crown and bridge prosthetics.
